I am very excited to officially launch my Personal SUP Coaching Programs. These programs are a number of years in the making and I'm excited to share with you, what I have learned through many years of paddling, racing and training. Each session is well thought out and results minded. Training around a busy lifestyle means making the most of each workout which is where online coaching can help you achieve results and add structure to your time on the water. Finally, the programs are also fun! As long as you enjoy Type 2 fun...workouts are always changing, updating and building to keep you entertained and challenged each time.
